1. DELIVERIES

Delivery time

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer upon purchase, during the following time period:

  • Peninsula national shipments: 48 hours (business days).
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla national shipments: 72 hours (business days).
  • Shipping Europe: 5 days (business days).

The time is calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

Azzulay assumes no responsibility when the delivery does not take place due to: false delivery information provided by the client, inaccurate or incomplete information or if delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the carrier, such as the absence of customer or retention in Customs.

Delivery Cost

Delivery costs are not included in the product price, and it will depend on the destination:

Please note that for deliveries in countries outside the EU, customs cost and other taxes are not included: the customer will have to pay them to receive the product.

  1. CHANGES AND RETURNS

Changes (Only Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

Azzulay offers the possibility to change the product for another size or another model, provided it is in perfect condition, with original packaging and a maximum of 14 working days are not exceeded from the time of purchase to reception of the product in Azzulay warehouse.

For that:

  1. The client must send an email requesting the change in hola@azzulay.com.
  2. Once the request is received, Azzulay will contact the client to indicate how to proceed.
  3. Once the product arrives at the offices and the status of the same is verified, the change will be made for a new product according to the price of the first order. If the product received is in perfect condition, it will be replaced by one of equal value chosen by the client.

Changes outside Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

In the case of changes from outside the Peninsula, the client must:

  1. The client must send an email requesting the return at hola@azzulay.com.
  2. Once the request is received, Azzulay will contact the client to indicate how to proceed.
  3. In this case, the customer will be responsible for sending the product to our offices. Once the product arrives at the offices and the condition of the same is verified, it will be replaced by one of the same value chosen by the client.

Mistaken or defective product

In case that the customer receives an incorrect or defective product, the customer has 48 hours (from the moment the product is received) to request the change at hola@azzulay.com. The product has to be unused and in the original packaging. Azzulay will send a courier to collect the product and once the product is checked the customer will receive the option of a total refund or receive a similar product. The costs of collection and subsequent delivery, if the customer chooses so, will be supported by Azzulay.
